His professional career began at the National Bank where he had the opportunity to hold positions in several different departments such as Management, Financial Instruments, Accounting, Financial Markets and Treasury. During his professional experience, Bassem Bouras has participated in several restructuring projects in corporate reorganization, as well as in financial reorganization.
Bassem is responsible for the accounting management of more than 500 companies and has participated in the establishment of several franchises in Quebec. He also had the chance to participate in carrying out mandates in the sphere of trust structures; asset protection and income splitting.
Bassem Bouras has also participated in the management of several large financial transactions in the Sale of Assets / Shares and has extensive experience in conflict resolution with Revenu Québec and Revenue Canada regarding notices of objection concerning contributions and tax income.
His determination, the desire to always give more to his customers and his diverse expertise make him an essential ally that every entrepreneur should consider for the success of his business.
